Ann Widdecombe was brutally murdered in her own home last week. For those who don't know, she was a politician in the UK with the Reform Party.

I didn't know Ann. I'm just learning about her now in the aftermath of her death. She seemed like a great lady. The type of old-school conservative who would bluntly say the truth to anyone who needed to hear it.

She's dead now. Gone. Apparently, the suspect drove 270 miles to get her, and now it's coming out that he had communist literature in his home.

That doesn't necessarily mean anything, I guess. I have some communist literature in my home too. I like to read my enemies.

It just seems like this sort of thing is happening a lot, doesn't it?

I'm deep in my Charlie Kirk piece, completely consumed by it. Then I take a break, scroll my feed for a moment... and look at that... it happened again. Another one.

Anyway, back to writing...
