PHOTO ESSAY Masters 2022

Masters 2022

After a rainy and cold start to the week, Sunday at Augusta National was everything you’d expect from the final round of the Masters: a brilliant spring day, roars rattling through the property, and a series of shots that—at least briefly—brought some tension to the final round. The only grudging participant in Sunday’s drama was Scottie Scheffler, who refused to relinquish the lead, executed precisely when he needed to and captured his first green jacket. As they have all week, Golf Digest photographers J.D. Cuban, Adam Glanzman, and Ben Walton were there to capture a series of compelling images that told the story of an eventful day in Georgia.
