Olivia Locher is a visual artist based in New York. Orignally from Penssylvania Her series I Fought The Law satirises the ridiculous and outdated laws that can still be found in certain parts of America. Channelling her sarcasm with the use of pop colour, Olivia puts the US legal system on a platform that’s ripe for parody.
