We’re All Adults Here

FITNESS -» bíceps femoral | hamstring

Now we have the opposite movement to the one featured on the previous post: the hamstring is the muscle of the back of the thigh and is, therefore, opposite the quadriceps.

FITNESS -» quadriceps | quads

We will now tone the largest muscle of the body that runs along the front of the thigh:

FITNESS -» glúteos | buns | glutes

Your buttock muscles can be toned in a myriad of ways as we illustrate below:

FITNESS -» abdominais | abs | abdominals

The abdominal muscles cover all the front area of your torso below the diaphragm; you have the upper abs, the lower abs and the obliques that run along both sides. The abs can (and should) be worked everyday.

obliques: this is the movement with the right side; then you should do the same for the left side

FITNESS -» ombros | deltoids | shoulders

You can work the deltoids (your shoulder muscles) considering the front area, the middle and the back.

Here, as you lift your arms sideways, you are toning the middle deltoids.

The same happens here.

But, here, since your upper body is leaning forward, you work the back deltoids.

GO GIRLS AND BOYS!!!
